Fleetwood Borough has partnered with OnSolve CodeRED to be the messaging system used to contact residents by phone, text, and E-mail (also known as a reverse 9-1-1 system) for Fleetwood Borough. The Borough sends out its emergency and other notifications via this CodeRED system. In order to ensure you get these messages, Fleetwood asks everyone to create an account and sign up at the link below:

“Smart” 9-1-1 sign-up
Different from the CodeRED system above, the Smart 9-1-1 is a database used by 9-1-1 dispatchers and is NOT a borough database.

Registering at the above link will also give a person the ability to enter personal info that only a 9-1-1 dispatcher would see. When registered, look for the following box and click it accordingly when you are in the Smart911 system. Fleetwood Borough does not maintain nor have access this part of the system.
